Description

"Workers in the bottle house at the Berghoff-Huber Brewing Co., Monroe, watched the first bottles roll off the line this week as the brewery resumed operation under its new owner, Fred Huber, who bought back the brewery he used to own...The first brands to come off the line were Huber and Rhinelander, two of Wisconsin's popular regional beers. The brewery's flagship brand, Berghoff, which had been brewed by Huber for Berghoff's restaurant in Chicago for years, takes longer to make and won't be coming off the line for two to three weeks, Huber said."
